I will be heading to Pretoria in early September a part of the Australian delegation to ISO/TC 258 – Project, programme and portfolio management, primarily for the working sessions focused on project governance (see more on governance). This ISO Technical Committee is tasked with developing a range of international standards covering all aspects of project, program and portfolio management to build on from the success of ISO21500, Guide to Project Management.
